The Context (R&D)

​In high-velocity creative environments, the "Administrative Tax" is usually paid in the form of fragmented inputs and messy briefing loops. I developed this AI-driven Persona - The Brief Architect - to act as a linguistic governance layer, transforming chaotic client communications into high-fidelity, risk-mitigated Creative Briefs.

​The Challenge

​The friction point was not merely "gathering info"; it was the dilution of brand integrity caused by mismatched data across emails, texts, and forms. For a global brand like Coca-Cola, "vibey" is not a technical specification. I needed a system that could synthesise "Messy Inbound," flag legal/licensing risks (such as Pinterest-sourced assets), and enforce production standards—all while maintaining a "High-End Concierge" tone.

​The Solution: The Governance Engine

​I engineered a multi-stage Linguistic Logic system that functions as a Senior Design Account Lead:

  • Linguistic Collation: The model cross-references conflicting data (e.g., verifying "Coke Red" HEX codes against a mention of a "blue" campaign) to establish a single Source of Truth.
  • The "Polite Enforcer" Audit: A built-in risk-assessment layer that automatically flags unlicensed imagery and low-resolution assets, protecting the brand's visual authority before production begins.
  • Persona Calibration: The output is governed by an "Australian Hospitality" voice—ensuring the technical rigour feels helpful and sophisticated, rather than bureaucratic.
  • The Human Seal (The "Gatekeeper"): To ensure the AI remains an extension of brand strategy rather than a replacement for it, I implemented a Mandatory Review Protocol. Every brief is synthesised by the engine but finalised by a Senior Lead, ensuring that the "Liaison" handles the digital paper-shuffling while the human architect handles the strategic nuance.
