I work with organisations to understand where AI tools can genuinely improve communications workflows, and where human judgement is irreplaceable. That includes writing the briefs, scripts, and system prompts that make AI tools work consistently and on-brand.
Every project produces documentation that can be handed over, updated, and used by whoever comes next. No black boxes. No work that only makes sense while I am in the room.
