
LOKE Group: Global Sales and Marketing Platform
LOKE is a sales and marketing platform providing digital solutions (apps, rewards, and delivery) for the global retail and hospitality industry. The company operates across Australia, the UK, Singapore, and New Zealand. This project focuses on the strategic product design and governance documents created to support LOKE's international scaling and to educate clients on effective app deployment.
The Challenge: Designing for Global Scale and Technical Support
The challenge was creating a cohesive set of resources that served two audiences: internal sales/onboarding teams and external clients (merchants), across multiple countries (AU, UK). These documents had to simplify complex technical requirements for building native apps and provide a clear, step-by-step strategy for merchant app launch and survival during lockdowns.
The Solution: Systemic Design and Support Architecture
I managed the design and production of critical global resources that streamlined the product pipeline and enhanced client success. Key solutions included:
Global Marketing Blueprint: Developing actionable marketing checklists and guides (e.g., App Launch Marketing Checklist, Lockdown Survival Guide) that served as the primary tool for merchant success managers across different countries.
